The Lucky Tablecloth
. . . is now in place. It is very important to have it laid out before the first game of the playoffs. When we remembered to do so in 2004 and 2007 the Sox won the World Series. The tablecloth cannot be removed or cleaned as long as the Sox remain in the hunt which means it could be messy by the end of the month if we are successful.
As you read this we are at Fenway Park for the first game.

Mark, now that the Sox have won the Series you should really think about changing that tablecloth. Luckily my wife is in the business, so I can recommend some that look like they would go with your table (it looks round, is that right?). Not exactly the same style but, hey, your wife might like it!
