On No Account Will A Commie Ever Drink Water
Fluoridation of drinking water is back in the news with voters in Portland, Oregon recently rejecting its use and opposition growing elsewhere. While the scientific establishment continues to push fluoridation, we know the truth thanks to this scene from Dr Strangelove (1964). In it USAF Brigadier General Jack D Ripper (Sterling Hayden, who in 1971 would play a corrupt NY police captain shot by Michael Corleone (Al Pacino) in The Godfather) explains to RAF Group Captain Lionel Mandrake (Peter Sellers) the real force behind fluoridation. As Ripper notes later, fluoridation started in 1947 so it fits in well with the post-war commie conspiracy. Glad to see Portland voters are so politically aware!
