Very cool version by pianist Bud Powell, recorded in 1959.  The best-known vocal cover is by Judy Garland from the movie Summer Stock.  Music by Harold Arlen who also composed Over The Rainbow and One For My Baby (and One More For the Road).  Lyrics by Ted Koehler who also collaborated with Arlen on I've Got The World On a String and Stormy Weather.
